2024 Holiday Message From President, Adam Derry

Dear Valued Customers,

As we close out another remarkable year, I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to you—our trusted customers and partners. Together, we’ve achieved exceptional milestones that are shaping the future of Field, and we are so appreciative for your continued support and collaboration.  This past year has been transformational for our company. We’re thrilled to have acquired Cascade Nut and Bolt in Salem, OR, further expanding our reach in the pacific northwest, as well as extending our support to the construction/structural market. Additionally, we proudly opened two new facilities this past year in Phoenix, AZ, and Batesville, AR, growing our footprint and improving our ability to service customers across North America through our 13 facilities.  On top of that, we welcomed 110 new team members to the Field family, reinforcing our commitment to delivering excellence to our customers and support our continued growth.

At Field, there is nothing unique about the products we sell, it’s our people and our culture that truly is unique and also a competitive advantage.  When we take care of our team, they do an incredible job supporting our customers and treating our supplier partners the right way.  We’re on a mission to improve lives - our team members and their families, our customers, and supporting those in need in our communities.  We are honored to deepen our community involvement through donations and outreach programs —efforts that align with our mission statement: "To have everyone who interacts with us, love us!".  With the 35th anniversary of Field approaching in 2025, excitement is building as we prepare to celebrate decades of innovation, collaboration, and success together.  Looking ahead, our focus remains steadfast. In 2025, we are committed to ensuring our customers LOVE Field and we proactively find ways to help you accomplish your strategic objectives.  Our team loves to find ways to save customers money and drive waste out of processes.  Thank you for your trust in Field and the partnership we share, it truly fuels our passion and our purpose.  On behalf of the entire Field team, I wish you a very Merry Christmas, and a prosperous New Year filled with success and opportunity.
