Being an active member of the community has always been part of the Field Culture. Our community has helped us grow, and in return we want to see our community thrive. From helping build homes for Habitat to purchasing gifts for the Mayor’s Annual Toy Drive, Field has been there. See what being an active member of our community means to our Team Members.

In order for us to continue our steady growth, we need to supply our customers with quality products. To do that, we need to develop strong relationships with our supply base. This week we would like to focus on our Field Mission Statement, to have everyone who interacts with us LOVE us! Each day you will get a link to a short video that describes an element of our Mission Statement. Our Mission Statement is the foundation of our culture, so it is important to make sure everyone is “on the same page” of what it really means.

Field was named by Trinity Industries® as a Premier Supplier at its annual supplier luncheon on Saturday, April, 22. During the supplier luncheon Trinity recognized suppliers that provided them with exceptional service during 2016. This is Field’s first time winning the Premier Supplier Award from Trinity. Trinity rail is one of the industry’s largest rail car manufacturers.
