For over 20 years, Field has been an active supporter of the greater Rockford community. We regularly give our time, effort, enthusiasm, and financial support to nonprofit organizations within the community. For the past 8 years, Field has had 100% employee participation in giving financial support to the United Way, even as our team has nearly doubled in size during that time.
