In many regards, Field knows we’re only as good as our suppliers. And the more than 900 suppliers – including 65 preferred suppliers – we do business with on an annual basis are the best in the world at what they do. We strive to build strong partnerships with each and every supplier that’s built on exchanges of information, open communication, and mutually beneficial expansion of business.

At Field, we take great pride in our strong relationships with our suppliers. It starts with a diligent selection process that involves seeking out suppliers with like-minded operating philosophies on everything from quality and on-time shipments to culture. Each supplier then undergoes a rigorous quality review. Once a supplier becomes part of Field’s Global Supply base, they can enjoy the full support of the Field team.

Working with the Field Purchasing and Sourcing team there is always a constant line of communication and an abundance of data to evaluate the relationship. Field sends out a monthly scorecard to evaluate vendors that is clear and concise. Back up information is always available if requested. Sourcing initiatives are presented and evaluated fairly with emphasis on growing with key suppliers.
